However, we’ll undervalue the invoice when we ship your order possibly under $30 and mark the parcel as “gift” for personal use, not for commercial purpose, so that you will not have to pay custom tax. What if my package is damaged or has a manufacturing defect?
All Products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to their destination via DHL / TNT / FEDEX / UPS /EMS which are biggest famous express company. So please check the surface of package whether the package is broken before you write signature when you receive goods .If it is broken , please don’t sign it and contact us immediately (within 3 days ) , we will contact express company for you and solve it . Surely , it is the very rare event .
What products can be returned?
At Juliebridalshop, committed to providing high-quality products for your needs .If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations , you need to e-mail us about the problem within 3days since the parcel is received .Then within 15 days ,please send the parcel to us after we confirm about the return , We allow ALL BUT THE FOLLOWING products to be returnable/exchanged/refundable:
1.Items has been worn
2.No e-mails within 3 days after you receive the dresses and dislike.
3.Items damaged by improper cleaning method or wearing
4.Dresses has smell of smoke, perfume or dresses have been altered
5.As we custom made dresses for clients ,so always need measurements from them , so please pay attention when measuring and give us correct size(Because some clients gave us wrong measurement in the past and so the dress didn’t fit her ) .If you are not clearly understand how to measure , please contact us and will lead you to measure right measurements. So if the dresses you received can’t fit you and you gave us right measurement /returnable / exchanged/ refundable is ok.
6.In a word , mistakes which are made by us , measurement /returnable / exchanged/ refundable is acceptable .
